The Studio accepts:

- Apple Pay

- Bank wire transfers
All payments are processed securely in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Orders over $750 CAD qualify for free shipping within Canada, the United States,
Orders under $750 CAD are charged a flat shipping fee:
- $15 CAD for domestic shipping
- $45 CAD for international shipping
Shipping rates may vary depending on destination and package size.
How will my item be shipped?
Most orders are shipped through FedEx or Canada Post, depending on the size and weight of the package.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Please note that The Studio is closed Sundays and Mondays.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees based on their country’s regulations.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact The Studio immediately and include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order information
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
Can I return an item if I’m unsure about my purchase?
All sales are generally final.
If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us and we’ll gladly provide additional photos, measurements, or details to help you make the right decision.
Special return arrangements may be considered before purchase on select items.
The colour looks different in person. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, no.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, monitor, or device settings.
The item does not fit. Can I return it?
Because The Studio is a luxury consignment and resale business, we cannot accept returns based on sizing or fit.
Detailed measurements are provided whenever possible, and we are happy to answer sizing questions before purchase.
What if the item is significantly different from the description?
If there was a major error in the item description or condition, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Approved returns due to significant misrepresentation may qualify for a full refund.
Can I return or exchange an item if I changed my mind?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
Any concerns must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item.
Can I return a vintage or pre-owned item because I don’t like the signs of wear?
No.
All vintage and pre-owned items are sold “as is,” and we carefully describe and photograph the condition of every item before sale.
We encourage customers to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
