The Studio is an independent luxury resale and consignment business. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or officially connected with any designer brands featured on our website.

Product Condition & Authenticity

At The Studio, we carefully inspect and authenticate all items before they are listed for sale.

We provide detailed descriptions and photographs to accurately represent each item’s condition. Because vintage and pre-owned items are unique, minor signs of wear may be present.

All items are sold as described and are guaranteed authentic.

Condition Guide

NEW
Brand-new and never used. May include original packaging where available.

PRISTINE / LIKE NEW
Shows minimal to no signs of wear and appears almost new.

EXCELLENT
Previously used with very light wear that does not affect use or appearance.

GOOD
Pre-owned with visible signs of wear, scratches, or marks consistent with normal use.

VINTAGE
Older luxury items that may be more delicate due to age. Vintage pieces should be handled with appropriate care.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and photographs.

However, colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. The Studio is not responsible for colour differences caused by monitor or browser settings.

Sizing may vary between designers. Measurements are provided when available, and customers are responsible for reviewing sizing details before purchasing.

Product Availability

Many items sold by The Studio are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities. Availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove products from the website at any time.

All Sales Final

All merchandise is sold “AS IS.”

Due to the nature of luxury resale and consignment items, all sales are final unless there has been a significant error in the item description or authenticity.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Fit or sizing issues
  • Minor wear consistent with the description provided

Pricing & Currency

Shipping

Orders over a specified promotional amount may qualify for free shipping within Canada or select international locations.

The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or international duties and taxes.
